Terms of sale

These terms cover any purchase from renewals.directb2bleads.com. The seller is DirectB2BLeads LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By buying, you agree to them.
What you're buying
A data file (CSV) listing California contractors whose workers' compensation policies expire in the period shown at checkout. Each record may include business name, business phone, address, trade classifications, licence number, policy expiry date and current carrier.
The data is not exclusive
The same files are sold to other buyers. You don't get exclusive rights to any county, trade or contractor.
Where the data comes from
Files are built from California public licensing records, then cleaned and filtered by us. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any government agency.
Accuracy
We work to keep files accurate, but public records contain errors and change over time. Contractors may have renewed, switched carriers, moved or closed since the data was pulled. Files don't include every contractor. Phone numbers are business lines and may not reach the owner. Data is provided as is, without guarantees of accuracy or completeness.
How you can use it
- You may use the data for your own business's marketing and sales.
- You may not resell, share, publish or give the file to anyone outside your business.
- Each file is marked to identify the buyer. If a file is shared or resold, we can trace it to the original purchase and may take action.
Your responsibility for outreach
You are solely responsible for how you contact anyone in the data, and for following every law and rule that applies. That includes the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the National Do Not Call Registry and state do-not-call rules, CAN-SPAM, the California Consumer Privacy Act, and California insurance solicitation and licensing rules. Honour any request from a contractor to stop contacting them.
Delivery
Files are emailed right after payment. Download links stay open for 48 hours. If a link expires before you download, email us and we'll send a new one.
Owner email add-on
If you buy the owner email add-on, we prepare it by hand and deliver it within 72 hours. Not every record will have an owner email.
Refunds
Because files are delivered instantly, all sales are final. If a file is broken, empty or for the wrong county, email us within 7 days and we'll fix or replace it.
Limit of liability
Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect damages arising from your use of the data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
