This page explains what DirectB2BLeads LLC collects through renewals.directb2bleads.com, and how contractors listed in our files can have their business removed.
If you buy from us
- What we collect: your name, email address, what you bought, and when.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- How we use it: to deliver your files, mark your files to you, provide support, and send occasional emails about related services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
- Who we share it with: only the services that run the store, such as Stripe for payments and our email provider for delivery. We don't sell buyer information.
If your business is in our files
Our files are built from California public licensing records: business name, business phone, address, licence classes, workers' comp expiry date and carrier.
You can ask us to remove your business from all future files using our removal form or by emailing support@directb2bleads.com. We'll confirm within 10 business days. Files sold before your request can't be recalled.
California privacy rights
California residents may ask what personal information we hold about them, ask us to delete it, and opt out of its sale or sharing. Email support@directb2bleads.com with your request. We won't treat you differently for making one.
Cookies
This site doesn't set tracking cookies of its own. If we run ads, the ad platform may use its own pixel to measure results.
