Where does the data come from?

California's public contractor licensing records, cleaned and filtered by us. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by any state agency.

Is the data exclusive to me?

No. Other brokers can buy the same county. You're paying for the work already done: pulled, filtered, sorted and ready to use.

Does it include every contractor in the county?

Most, not all. Some contractors aren't in the source records we use, so treat each file as a strong list rather than a complete count.

How fresh is it?

Pulled September 2026. Some contractors renew early, so work your file soon after buying.

Can I get owner emails?

Yes. After checkout you can add owner names and emails for $97 per order. That version is prepared by hand and arrives within 72 hours.

What if my download link expires?

Links stay open for 48 hours. If yours runs out before you download, reply to your delivery email and we'll send a new link.

Can I call, email or text these contractors?

That's up to you, and you're responsible for following the rules that apply, including Do Not Call, TCPA, CAN-SPAM and insurance solicitation rules.

Do you offer refunds?

Because files are delivered instantly, sales are final. If a file is broken or wrong, email us and we'll fix it.
